Apex Enrolment Process

Step 1: Pre-Enrolment Information

Select a course and understand the entry requirements, fees, course structures and other necessary information.


All prospective students must read relevant information in the Student Handbook and on the Apex Australia website before enrolment.

International students must read the important information related to studying in Australia as an international student. This information is available on our International Student Information page

International Student Information

It is important that you read the information carefully prior to your enrolment so that you can make an informed decision about studying with us. After you read all the information provided and if you still have questions, contact us via email at enrolments@apexaustralia.edu.au

Step 2: Complete Enrolment Form

Download and complete the Student Enrolment Application Form. Email the completed form to enrolments@apexaustralia.edu.au with subject of email – Student Enrolment Form: [Name]

Step 3: Supporting Documentation

After you have submitted your Student Enrolment Application Form, an Apex representative will contact you to request copies of certificates, academic transcripts or results notices that show that you meet the entry requirements of your selected course.

Students may also be requiredested to complete a Qualification Verification Form so that Apex Australia can verify the authenticity of the certificates the student has submitted.

Other documents may be required for enrolment including certified copies of qualifications, English language proficiency (IELTS test or its equivalence) evidence, a copy of the main page of their current passport.

Step 4: Letter of Offer and Acceptance Agreement

Upon reviewing your enrolment application and supporting documentation, an Apex Australia staff member will contact you to verify details and notify you of the status of your application. If successful, withing 1-2 working days, you will receive a Letter of Offer and an Enrolment Agreement that will include the details of the course you have applied for and details of course fees and refund policies.

To complete the enrolment process you must sign the Offer Letter and Acceptance Agreement and pay the required upfront fees. The upfront fees may include tuition fees, an application fee, relevant material fee, non-refundable enrolment fee and compulsory health insurance cover fee (if requested). The Letter of Offer will include all the payment details.

You can submit your Letter of Offer and Acceptance Agreement either by email or in person.

Email

Complete and scan your Offer Letter and Acceptance Agreement. Attach the scanned file to an email and send to: enrolments@apexaustralia.edu.au

In Person

Submit your Offer Letter and Acceptance Agreement to the reception desk at either our Sydney CBD Campus or Parramatta Campus.

Step 5: Confirmation of Enrolment

When Apex receives the student’s signed Letter of Offer and Acceptance Agreement and first payment as agreed in the Letter of Offer and Acceptance Agreement, the student (or the student’s representative) will be sent a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). If you are an international student, you can take the CoE to any overseas Australian Embassy or Consulate to apply for a student visa.
